About NLJCI
Inspired by the word of God and guided by the Holy Spirit, we are a family united in prayer and dedicated in service to bring love, hope, peace, truth, joy, and healing to the children of God throughout the world. A powerful Bible text that directly relates to our church’s goal is Matthew 28:19–20.
Pastor Jeremie Ndayishimiye, founder and pastor of NLJCI, grew up in Burundi, East Africa. Jeremie founded over 40 churches in Burundi and Zambia, 3 high schools, a nursing school and trained over 2000 leaders in Peace and Reconciliation. Currently the Holy Spirit is leading Jeremie to use his apostolic gifting to plant churches instead of pastoring one church. That said, the Board is looking to hire a church pastor for our small congregation. Currently our church is comprised mostly of families from Burundi and the USA.
To reach people with the Good News, the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and to equip disciples who are empowered and inspired to share God’s love with the world (Acts 1:8).
